ABOUT THE PROJECT

While working with the Bureau of Small Projects I was tasked with making a logo design for CRONA. CRONA is a nurses union based out of San Francisco. They represent over 5,000 amazing nurses.

When designing their logo I wanted to focus on strength but also care. After numerous conversations with the client we agreed to move forward with the symbol of an oil lamp. The lamp represents Florence Nightingale who is one of the founders of modern day nursing. We also made sure the logo was adaptable by adding a seal, expanded color palette, and typographic options.
